Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any Burlington Riverfront Entertainment ("BRE", "we", "our", or "us") service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of the BRE authentication platform and any connected services.

2. Description of Service

The BRE authentication service provides identity management, single sign-on (SSO), and account management for BRE products. We may update, expand, or discontinue features of the service at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use most BRE services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• •Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• •Maintain the security of your password and not share your credentials with others
• •Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• •Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network
• •Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful or disruptive content
• •Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• •Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the service
• •Conduct automated access (bots, scrapers) without express written permission from BRE
• •Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

5. Google Sign-In

If you use Google to sign in to your BRE account, your use of Google's authentication service is subject to Google's Terms of Service. BRE is not responsible for Google's services or any changes Google makes to its authentication platform.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or if continued access poses a security or legal risk. You may delete your own account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to access BRE services ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

7. Intellectual Property

The BRE name, logo, and service are the property of Burlington Riverfront Entertainment. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use BRE's trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. BRE does not warrant that:

• •The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• •Any defects will be corrected
• •The service is free of viruses or other harmful components

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BRE disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BRE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if BRE has been advised of the possibility of such damages. BRE's total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid BRE in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of BRE services after revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vermont.
